Application & Use

Used as a souring agent, TAMICON Tamarind Concentrate is an effective substitute for vinegar, tomatoes or lemon juice.  Extensively used in Indian Cuisine, it is also used in the manufacturing of western sauces and ketchups. It is a base for many soft drinks.
